Who We Are
Stewart Fencing Company is a Tennessee-licensed fencing contractor based in Mason, TN. We provide fence and gate installation and repair services in the Mid-South region including West Tennessee and North Mississippi.
Quotes and Work Agreements
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and a site visit. A quote becomes binding only when you formally accept it and we confirm acceptance in writing or via our online acceptance page. Final project scope, price, and schedule are set out in the accepted quote and any follow-up written communication.
We are not responsible for irrigation, plants, shrubbery, or flowers on your property. We are respectful of all properties and take care not to cause damage. You are responsible for obtaining any required permits prior to the start of work and for marking private utilities or underground items not covered by standard 811 line locates.
Payments
We accept cash, check, and online payment via Stripe. A processing fee of 3% is added to invoices paid by credit card at checkout. Deposits and payment schedules are set out in each quote.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
By opting in to our SMS messaging program — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form or by texting us directly — you agree to receive text messages from Stewart Fencing Company at the mobile number you provide.
Program Description
Messages you receive may include quote notifications, invoice notifications, appointment reminders, scheduled-work updates, and replies to questions you send us. We do not use SMS for promotional or marketing campaigns at this time.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your active projects with us. Most customers receive fewer than 10 messages per project.

How to Opt Out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying any of the following to a message from us: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, QUIT. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Fayette County or Shelby County, Tennessee.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
